ATTORNEY DOUG CLAYTON NAMED CHAIR OF JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT BOARD
FORT WORTH, TX. – Doug Clayton, a Partner at Cantey Hanger LLP law firm, has been elected to serve as Chair of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail (JACT). He follows Matt Kaudy, EVP and Chief Growth Officer with EECU.
Junior Achievement is a non-profit organization dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their future, and make smart academic and economic choices.

Clayton has served on the JACT board since 2016 and previously served as Vice Chair of the Governance Committee. Clayton is Chairman of Cantey Hanger’s Business Transactions Practice Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities offerings, SEC compliance, and other business transactions.
