Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail proudly supports local students through our annual scholarship program. These scholarships are available to high school students who have participated in a JA program and demonstrated hard work, dedication, and strong character. Each spring, we award scholarships to outstanding students from across the region. To date, JA of the Chisholm Trail has invested more than $1.4 million in helping young people pursue their educational goals.
Scholarship recipients are selected based on academic performance, involvement in JA programs, participation in extracurricular or community activities, leadership qualities, future college and career potential, and financial need.
After submitting an application and all required documentation, finalists are invited to interview with our scholarship committee.
Scholarship recipients will be awarded one of the following:
- The $10,000 Robert and Catherine Alexander Scholarship
- The $12,000 John W. and Kay L. Spruill Leadership Scholarship
- The $1000 JA Board Career and Technical Education Scholarship
- The $1000 Kay and Stephanie Spruill Career and Technical Education Scholarship
